Meet the Team – Christian Brady, Onboarding Manager

He was voted Mr. Liquid Friday 2016 and some say if he's cut open he bleeds green... all we know is... he's called Christian Brady and he heads up the onboarding team! This month we chat to Christian about his role at Liquid Friday and creating a great customer experience for our contractors.

How long have you been at Liquid Friday?

4 years all in all, over 2 stints.

Tell us a bit about your role

I am responsible for the onboarding of new contractors into Liquid Friday and making sure my team does this efficiently and correctly, while always putting the customer first.

In your view, what makes Liquid Friday stand out from the competition?

Our great customer service and family feel. We're really proud of the rapport we have with our contractors and agencies.

In your view, how are things for contractors out there at the moment?

One key thing is the reform to IR35 in the Public Sector. Luckily, Umbrella workers are not in scope of IR35, so we can reassure them that they don't have to worry about it. But we are also here to help anyone who is affected and talk them through what their options are.

What do you enjoy most about working at Liquid Friday?

The family atmosphere and how much the company is looking to progress. We are always looking at ways we can branch out in order to make the lives of contractors easier. We have loads of plans for this year - watch this space!

What do you do for fun / outside the office?

Going to the gym and watching Arsenal (if you count that as fun lol).
